I have taken the ownership of the non-git version and I will rewrite the PKGBUILD soon.

Update: Go to https://aur.archlinux.org/pkgbase/ttf-lxgw-bright and check it out.

I find that the non-git version of this package has not been updated for a longtime, so probably I'll try to find if I can contribute to this package instead.

@Tangdi Thanks for your report, but I personally do not recommend installing fonts with this package. The git clone step takes too much time and makepkg does not support shallow-clone.

I am going to disown this package for this reason, and I recommend not installing it but I will still fix the problem.

Hi, I think the package right now is out of date and fail to update to the newest version with the following error:

install: cannot stat 'license.txt': No such file or directory ==> ERROR: A failure occurred in package_ttf-lxgw-bright-git(). Aborting...
