This is a very strange tool, requiring "wine". It was last updated 12 years ago,

WikiTaxi 1.3.0 – 20 Jun 2010

Not sure if it still makes much sense to have it on AUR. There are many other tools for working with mediawiki wikis on AUR.

In any case, notice also that this is not an open source tool, as stated on the home page,
