Shame. Seems like a useful option.

@Althorin - Purely archival.

The PKGBUILD saves config.last for later, but never does anything with it (i.e., giving the option to use one as a basis for compilation). Is there something missing?

@galaxy0419 - Not out of date, https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Linux-ck#Release_cycle

@gatlinnewhouse

I fixed the issue, it seems there was a problem with my makepkg.cfg

gatlinnewhouse commented on 2019-04-18 10:32

trying to compile this now causes my computer to freeze, drop out of the x server and go back to the vt login screen (and my configs automatically log me in) and just sit there, fans spinning inconsistently

@graysky

You could rebase http://ck.kolivas.org/patches/5.0/5.0/5.0-ck1/patches/0002-Fix-Werror-build-failure-in-tools.patch against 5.0.6

graysky commented on 2019-04-03 23:18

CK1 needs to be tweaked to patch into 5.0.6 it seems...

patching file tools/objtool/Makefile
Hunk #1 FAILED at 31.
1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file tools/objtool/Makefile.rej

Can someone post to CK's blog?
