Im having the same problem as fsyy MegaRAID_SAS_Software_User_Guide-rev2.8.pdf ... FAILED

fsyy commented on 2021-12-07 07:43 (UTC)

MegaRAID_SAS_Software_User_Guide-rev2.8.pdf fails sha256sum check

azzurro commented on 2021-04-10 00:55 (UTC)

Unfortunately the installation fails again.

curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404 ==> ERROR: Failure while downloading https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/tog-pegasus/raw/master/f/pegasus-2.7.0-PIE.patch Aborting... Failed to build lsi-openpegasus

seems fedora moved the patch again: https://src.fedoraproject.org/rpms/tog-pegasus/raw/rawhide/f/pegasus-2.7.0-PIE.patch

That's closer.

sdtar: Error opening archive: Failed to open 'MSM_linux_x64_installer-17.05.02.01.tar.gz'

You need to replace one of the "dots" with a "dash" like "MSM_linux_x64_installer-17.05.02-01.tar.gz

broadcom still have sofware since 1997 (3ware era) in their servers. i think no shuld be problem with it

as far i know , "LSI" have 4 systems for manage the raid cards. the internal bios card (you can access to in when boot the machine, i dont remember what key), storcli (in [AUR]), this program, and LSI Storage Authority Software (lsi-lsa in [AUR]). this last is the most new. but i 'm not play much with it (my card is out rigth now, a 9240-8i unit) because i used the hdds as normal JBOD
