Adopted; in touch with upstream and will try to provide a working package for Arch. Happy to add co-maintainer(s) if you can contribute to getting us there.

# Bug reports can be filed at https://bugs.square-r00t.net/index.php?project=3 # News updates for packages can be followed at https://devblog.square-r00t.net (If you want an RSS-feed only pertaining to my AUR packages, you can subscribe to https://devblog.square-r00t.net/rss/?category=aur in your favourite RSS reader.) Note that you should still use the AUR web interface for flagging packages as out-of-date if a new version is released; the aforementioned bug tracker is to aid in issues with building/packaging/the PKGBUILD formats/etc. specifically. GPG signature "errors" are explained here: https://devblog.square-r00t.net/articles/a-note-on-using-gpg-signatures-in-pkgbuilds Please read; it's not a bug. Thanks!

goodnews.jpg Thanks to a certain Richard Neumann (you can find credit to him in dhcpc.patch, line 1), he has contributed a patch that now allows not only for mindi-busybox to cleanly build on Arch but to also let me update this to the most recent release of mindi-busybox, 1.21.1 (which, admittedly, was released all the way back in 2014, but it actually works now). note that this is untested, but should work just fine as it's only an if test condition that was triggering incorrectly. edit: seriously, buy him a beer or something.

guys, stop inquiring about this unless you have a patch. there's nothing i can do, upstream is aware, and they haven't done shit about it. if it's any consolation, it's broken on newer releases of other distros as well.

can the dev provide a binary for mindi-busybox, for the time being? not ideal but might be a temp solution so we can build mondo.

I know of the bug, and hope I didn't come across as expecting anything from you. Was just curious if you knew more than the rest of us :)

they just released beta of mondo 33. i'm waiting to see how it plays out- they're aware of the bug, however. see https://bugs.square-r00t.net/index.php?do=details&task_id=4 this is out of my hands, unfortunately.

tranqtech commented on 2017-01-26 03:14 (UTC)

Still cannot seem to build. Any further updates?

just a heads up, the site (and FTP) seem to be down. i've sent an email to the administrative contact to see what's up.
