Looks like the SHA256 sum fell out of date again. I'm getting:
$ wget https://www.silabs.com/documents/public/software/SimplicityCommander-Linux.zip
$ sha256sum SimplicityCommander-Linux.zip

Silabs don't bother putting the version in the filename, so apparently
doh.
