I have flagged OOD goocanvas in the official repo, we can create goocanvas3, there are the stable tarballs https://download.gnome.org/sources/goocanvas/3.0/

I think there may be a missing icon dependency since all my app icons in sway are a error icon both symbolic and regular.

Edit: elementary-icon-theme fixes the problem.

We recenty merge some PR to deal with OS outside elementary (Ubuntu LTS 18.04 these days)

Please cherry pick this change to updateh this AUR package
