No for a successful build, yes to prevent bugs.

Thank you, done without error now. - Is build.sh 'set -e -u' an absolute necessity ?

Building with the verbose option "-v" reports: error: target not found: sfdisk

cfdisk, fdisk and sfdisk are part of util-linux which is included in your packages-extra.x86_64, remove the line sfdisk.

I tried out and it works for me. Which package names made the script to fail ?

Bug happens when adding package names to /usr/share/archiso/configs/kde/packages-extra.x86_64 - keeping the original file without change let building work fine as usual

When running this new version building stops once "work" dir is made and does'nt create "out" dir anymore
