For anyone having blank home screen and unable to login: this worked for me: WEBKIT_DISABLE_COMPOSITING_MODE=1 bambu-studio

I recommend a light GTK theme for BambuStudio, as I had problems with text being invisible with a dark GTK theme. You can do this with for example GTK_THEME=Adwaita bambu-studio

As of now, version 1.7.6.92, the install can not complete since the maintainer of the git-repo added "-20230923002726" to the version number.

As a workaround:

download the AppImage for Fedora from the git release
rename the file to bambustudio-01.07.06.92.AppImage
move the AppImage to the package cache folder, i.e. ~/.cache/paru/clone/bambustudio-bin
create a new checksum for the AppImage
remove in the PKGBUILD the url for "bambustudio-${pkgver}.AppImage" and save the PKGBUILD
makepkg -si
