To enable Kobo sync, install python-jsonschema.

I think that'd be true if it were html/php/etc that you point your web server at, but this is a stand alone little python daemon so I don't think that make sense. What makes you think /usr/share/webapps is better?

I think it's better to under /usr/share/webapps
