To get CDE working start rpcbind.service and (optional) dtlogin.service. Also follow tip at the end of installation.

@Jaydendev, what didn't work? It works for me. Runnig 2.4.0 as I type this.

I have spent frustrating hours of getting this to build, but no matter what I try it still somehow finds a way to fail on me. Sorry for the inconvenience, this package will be working.. soon!

Update: Even with the new PKGBUILD, it doesn't seem to build...

Update: It didn't work, I'll be trying ekollof's PKGBUILD.

Hello, I am currently testing my new PKGBUILD for v2.4.0! If this doesn't work, I will be resorting to ekollof's PKGBUILD. As well, if the previous maintainer wants his package back he will regain ownership. I just saw this DE I was trying to install was out of date and orphaned so I decided to take it and update it.

I've got a PKGBUILD for 2.4.0 here (last version before the switch to autotools)
