The startup script needs to point to /usr/share/java/checkstyle/, not /usr/share/checkstyle/.

@kaptoxic: The file path in the checkstyle script is wrong. It is `/opt/checkstyle/checkstyle-5.9-all.jar`, but the package now installs `/opt/checkstyle/checkstyle-6.18-all.jar`.
