Good find. Unfortunately it doesn't have tags, so the we're going to have to use revision count as pkgver. It's also switched to CMake and doesn't provide an install recipe, so things will have to be installed manually. I'll get a PKGBUILD up shortly. I don't like using epochs in -git packages, but for this case, I feel it is justified.

Unfortunately, as the developer (splintermind) has mentioned on GitHub, the new 64-bit version of Dwarf Fortress will not be supported by Dwarf Therapist for quite a long time. Effort is instead being focused on DFHack. Until then, I recommend using the 32-bit Dwarf Fortress client and trying one of these memory maps updated for the new versions: https://github.com/splintermind/Dwarf-Therapist/tree/DF2016/share/memory_layouts I have confirmed that the v0.43.05 memory map is working on Windows. It appears that the latest updated memory map as of right now for Linux is for v0.43.03. If you want to use Dwarf Therapist on Arch you're unfortunately stuck with .03 for now.

Unfortunately you're correct, the latest git source still doesn't support the latest versions of dwarf fortress (at least, on Linux). You will need to either 1) use an older version of df, 2) hope that development on dwarftherapist restarts (last commit was back in July), or 3) jump in and get it working yourself. For me, this package currently installs fine but gives the old "Unidentified game version" popup. I have the latest dwarffortress package from arch repos, and suspect that Dwarf Therapist would work fine if it had the checksum for that package added. It says "I'm sorry but I don't know how to talk to this version of Dwarf Fortress!" Then it gives a checksum and asks to reconnect when dwarf fortress has been reloaded. If I click on "more" it lists the checksums and version numbers it's compatable with: Supported Versions: v0.42.06 linux (0x6ffd260f) v0.42.05 (0xde7a048b) v0.42.04 (0xddd87cd8) v0.42.03 (0x1313e22c) v0.42.02 (0x79b0a9a1) v0.42.01 (0x5feb615a) v0.43.03 (0xdf4ffde3) v0.43.02 (0x3c048bd0) The DF I have is 0.43.05-4, so you'd think it'd be supported by a version of Dwarf Therapist that upstream says "For Dwarf Fortress 42.03-42.06" Perhaps I'm wrong about that? Next I'll try to edit the source and add the checksum it gave me for my Dwarf Fortress. Any other ideas?

Thanks for reminding me that I need to update this package. I don't think environment variables will have any affect any more though. Pretty sure that, if you want to build with qt4 now, you have to explicitly call qmake-qt4 or /usr/lib/qt4/bin/qmake. I'll change this package to use qmake-qt5 since it's the least ambiguous option.

qtchooser is deprecated and not available anymore. Instead you have to export QT_SELECT=5 for qt5. https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Qt

That's a sign that you've messed up your qtchooser somehow. /usr/bin/qmake should be a symbolic link to qtchooser which calls either /usr/lib/qt4/bin/qmake or /usr/lib/qt/bin/qmake depending on the arguments passed or environment variables set.

"***Unknown option -qt=5" - if you have this problem, then just open installer script and change qmake to qmake-qt5 and delete next words
