Please do not set the package as out-of-date without checking it first.

There is a problem when using this package with plasma. In */index.theme these line are problematic: Inherits=breeze,ubuntu-mono-dark,Mint-X,elementary,gnome,hicolor So plasmashell refuses to start, when one of those icon themes is missing. I do not know why the author of papirus icon theme put these lines there. IMHO there is no point why they should inherit. So either we have to patch them out or provide the other icon themes as dependencies. EDIT: Forget what I what I have said. Plasma borked up totally probably sue some other things. I had to restart to be able to relogin. Sorry :)
