Please don't flag package out of date for "Pre-release" in GitHub repo!

There is a release spam going on, please consider that I'm waiting a little bit more than 30 minutes to update the package ;)

@ali.molaei: Maybe check if lsmod | grep "nvidia\|nouveau" is not empty?

@ararhoo is there a command line command to check if you are using an NVIDIA GPU? and it's active? maybe I can add a script to do this automatically

@ararhoo thank you much for the heads up, saved me a lot of trouble!

If you are using this together with an NVIDIA GPU, you might try adding --disable-gpu-sandbox as it might not start otherwise.

With this package you might either want to add it manually to your .desktop or type it into your Terminal with the full path: /opt/balenaEtcher/balena-etcher-electron --disable-gpu-sandbox.

Avid reader, I hope I made you waste less time finding your answer :)

I am waiting for this issue to be concluded, then upgrading to 1.7, I think it is not intentional that the node_modules is committed in the final deb file

@ali.molaei I think you're just going to have to put up with it. I think people just flag stuff without even reading the comments.
