That's because it's built against my shflags.sh that works. The one in AUR parks shflags in /usr/share/lib (but its a bin). Link it from the location in /usr/share/lib/ to usr/bin with something like this: ln -s /usr/share/lib/shflags/shflags.sh /usr/bin/shflags.sh This really is a fault of shflags.sh, but at least that will let you work around it.

The path of shflags.sh it's broken $ git flow init /usr/bin/git-flow: line 76: .: shflags.sh: file not found
