@drakkan, thanks! I still had the old one installed. Hadn't figured out how to install this one yet (thought building it was enough). After deleting the old one and figuring that out it worked.

@sisto, this package installs the extension in /usr/share/gnome-shell/extensions/dash-to-dock@micxgx.gmail.com, you likely have a manual installed copy, please remove it

Getting this error when running it with Gnome 40;

Just wanted to say many thanks for getting this into AUR with the workaround for Gnome 40 ASAP. Really appreciate this pragmatic approach!

I saw this was marked as out of date as it refs this commit:

Looks like the only difference between that and latest is Czech language string translations, so if you care about that, the latest should be

I just realized that on Gnome 3.36, the menus for extensions is only accessible through the Extensions App. So, the usual Gnome Tweaks route does not seem to be working anymore

I can activate the extension, but when I click on the menu button to change its settings, it does nothing. Any one of you having the same issue?

My build is failing because of the 1171.patch checksum. Seems like it should be 5397bfff32aaec2e935a07741e749c5b9b999429d0a71e3caf9d5cc9e5137d10
