I think my point was that I got lost in reading comments where somebody said: Don't invent names, it shouldn't be package-name-desktop, just package-name. But nevermind, I'll fix it, reupload as new packages with -git suffix, thx for the link! It was late and there was a lot to read and I really, really, REALLY wanted to upload a package... :D

Package guidelines pages on wiki have naming conventions.

Suffixes are there for a reason, I don't get your point.
You can just submit new packages and create deletions/merge request for this.

Och really? My bad then, couldn't find a reliable source for naming conventions except all the hate for weird names which I agree with... like weren't we supposed NOT to invent names? Like -git -bin -desktop whatever? Btw I don't think I can change that now. I've added these to my (MY FIRST) drops for my customized archiso since I use only these two from the official extensions package.
