Finally had some time so figured I'd sit down and muck with it, reading through repo realized they're already keeping google-chat-linux-bin up-to-date and.... that'll work for me. I'll disown the package, in case someone wants to pick it up and do that, though.

Please switch to newer nodejs: npm is not compatible with nodejs-lts-fermium.

Also, please build this from source, as that is available.

Just realized this had been out of date for quite a while and was orphaned so I did a local test and updated the package. Not the original author, but happy to make changes if needed, I'm a huge fan of the tool :)
