I will not update (for now) to the latest version 7.3.6.9326 because it crashes continuously for me.

Thanks, unfortunate timing then.

For reference, with Gnome shell / wayland I need to

unset QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME
unset QT_QPA_PLATFORM

to avoid

Google Earth has caught signal 6.

@scorici: why would you even care? This package is obsolete and superseded by GEpro. Why on earth would you want this package still installed, let alone both? Hopefully the deletion request is executed soon, so the confusion will go away.

Version 7.3.3.7721 conflicts with google-earth-pro

It has been fixed.

Hashsum checking fails for Google-Terms-of-Service.html, Google-Earth-Additional-Terms-of-Service.html, Legal-Notices-for-Google-Earth-and-Google-Earth-APIs.html, and Google-Privacy-Policy.html. This git diff applied to the PKGBUILD solves the problem.

Can confirm it works fully out of the box, at time of writing.

Don't work out of box, error 11. With # mv /etc/fonts/conf.d/65-fonts-persian.conf /etc/fonts/conf.d/65-fonts-persian.conf.bak the software runs but it's freezed (and it complains about undetected GPU)

EDIT: Without this command (so OOB) and with safe-mode, the software runs, the menu works, just nothings display at the map place

@dbermond

Legal-Notices-for-Google-Earth-and-Google-Earth-APIs.html is also not passing the validity check, however when I did a sha256sum it gave me the same result as the one is in the PKGBUILD. I had to SKIP it cause it not that important that it needs to be validated.
