jthvai I ran the install again today and it worked. I suspect my machine must have been in some weird state at the time, I was testing the new systemd pre-release so maybe that was related somehow

I can't reproduce that. - What version is your yaml-language-server? - Follow up question, are you using Arch or another distro? - Have you tried a -Syu before building? - Does the package build with just makepkg (without yay)?
