Source line should be the following.

Source URL does not seem to exist any more. Returns 404.

Edit: Source downloaded from here (https://github.com/KDE/kdelibs/archive/KDE/4.14.zip) can be used after adding a line in the PKGBUILD to rename the extracted directory.
