I think you must add branch Krypton source=("git+https://github.com/kodi-pvr/${_gitname}.git#branch=Krypton")

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:7 (find_package): By not providing "Findkodi.cmake" in CMAKE_MODULE_PATH this project has asked CMake to find a package configuration file provided by "kodi", but CMake did not find one. Could not find a package configuration file provided by "kodi" with any of the following names: kodiConfig.cmake kodi-config.cmake Add the installation prefix of "kodi" to CMAKE_PREFIX_PATH or set "kodi_DIR" to a directory containing one of the above files. If "kodi" provides a separate development package or SDK, be sure it has been installed.

If you have error during installation and are using Krypton release, you need to edit PKGBUILD: from: source=("git+https://github.com/kodi-pvr/${_gitname}.git#branch=Jarvis") to: source=("git+https://github.com/kodi-pvr/${_gitname}.git#branch=Krypton")

Reinforcing what leosanvieira said, when I remove the package kodi-platform-git my PVR addon stops working, I think 'kodi-platform-git' should be in the dependencies array instead of the make dependencies array.

leosanvieira commented on 2016-09-03 13:38 (UTC)

After installing this package, it says i can remove kodi-platform-git, but if you do that also removing removing it's dependecies, you will also remove libplatform-legacy, which in my experience can't really be removed. So, shoudn't libplatform-legacy be a dependency of this package?
