The difference with upstream libdatachannel is that -nice does not use vendored dependencies and use libnice rather than libjuice. Also libjuice is only used by libdatachannel.
The choice betwween those two ICE library change nothing on how libdatachannel performs, libjuice was just created to avoid to build libnice dependencies on Windows and macOS.
ONLY FLAG this package as out-of-date if it is compared to Arch Linux libdatachannel package.
