Seems like makepkg still had the old config files and did not download the new ones, despite me running makepkg -o in advance. I though by running makepkg -o and makepkg -g afterwards it would download the files and then generate the checksums. But instead it used the files in my local cache ... wtf?
Welle anyway I am going to fix that as soon as I come home.
