@pinplug is right, e.g. mingw-w64-freetype2 (https://github.com/Martchus/PKGBUILDs/issues/84#issuecomment-462163150)

I have no conclusion to fix this yet. Maybe -fstack-protector-strong needs to be added to ld flags, too.

-fstack-protector-strong breaks some packages:

undefined reference to `__stack_chk_fail'

hi @sarum9in, It supposes you build in a subdirectory of the sources. I added an optional last argument which is the dir containing the configure file: https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/commit/?h=mingw-w64-configure&id=ba97829aad400afa7c197a74dbcdb92b8778c8fb So you can do ${_arch}-configure [FLAGS] config_path xan.

Hi, why script calls "../configure" instead of "./configure"? Thanks.

I see. I'll be getting to my packages hopefully this weekend or next week.

I think it's not required anymore: $ i686-w64-mingw32-gcc -Q --help=target|grep mms -mms-bitfields [enabled] I'll remove it. xan.

That is, it ensures structs are aligned to the 8 byte MS standard
