Hi! Installing this package doesn't solve the cyclic dependency problem for mingw-w64-harfbuzz package!
[viktor ~]$ pacman -Q | grep mingw-w64-freetype2

So I can't install mingw-w64-harfbuzz -> mingw-w64-qt5-base packages

Version 2.6.5 should be sufficient for bootstrapping.

Bootstrap package for mingw-w64-freetype2:
- same as mingw-w64-freetype2 but without mingw-w64-harfbuzz dependency
- building mingw-w64-fontconfig with this package will fail (in clean chroot)
