@lockheed this is AUR. It only provides PKGBUILD. Building is your responsibility

Please, publish a rebuilt package for libavcodec.60

Lightning5 commented on 2023-03-21 09:18 (UTC)

Moonlight crashes when trying to run. Running in terminal gives the following error:

moonlight: error while loading shared libraries: libavcodec.so.59: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Apparently, libavcodec was updated to version 60.

Recompilation and reinstall solved the issue. Please bump the version number or solve it in another way.

@ssnf the openssl package should be enough, make sure that you also have the base-devel packages (pkgconf in particular) installed.

ssnf commented on 2022-02-14 11:56 (UTC)

I'm getting an error when building the package: "Project ERROR: openssl development package not found"

But I'm not sure how to get this development package. I thought it already came with the openssl package?

I'm getting a segfault at startup. Not sure it's caused by Moonlight itself though, here's a backtrace: https://pastebin.com/raw/r1JL4sPD

EDIT: Solved it by installing the Plasma meta-package. The dependencies might be incomplete.

@cgirard Oh, thank you, yeah, I uninstalled some packages of the base-devel group, I'll reinstall that and try again :).
