systemd-resolvconf will work just as well.

(Although you could use openresolv)

WIREGUARD-MODULE does not need to be listed. This has been incorporated into the kernel for a few years now. If you actually ran sudo pacman -S WIREGUARD-MODULE, pacman would suggest re-installing your kernel.

The developer seems to have gone missing for over 2 months now. I decided to update the script and release it here on GitLab. https://gitlab.com/Linux-Is-Best/mozilla-vpn-gui-client-for-arch

Hi @PolarianDev, are you going to maintain this package? (or add me as a co-maintainer)

worked for a while, now I'm getting a "QDBusArgument: write from a read-only object" when trying to launch. No idea what that error's supposed to mean.

loqs in the Arch forums seems to have traced it to a host string parameter being null in a call somewhere in the program's guts: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?pid=2106971#p2106971

I've tried three different PKGBUILDs for this and I'm still getting a segmentation fault whenever I try to run it: https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/mozilla-vpn-client/issues/7327

@Xavier deleting var/cache/private/pikaur/build/mozillavpn still to produce the same error. With the PKGBUILD you recommended I gave up to use pikaur because I do not understand why it persists to use the PKGBUILD from https://aur.archlinux.org/cgit/aur.git/tree/PKGBUILD?h=mozillavpn I succeed with $makepkg -sirc However a warning message worried me ==> Recherche des erreurs d’empaquetage… ==> ATTENTION : Le paquet contient une référence à $srcdir Thank you

@jeviens2debian delete the previous build dir var/cache/private/pikaur/build/mozillavpn or use this PKGBUILD: https://pastebin.com/HaThEwyS

Dear mainteners, I hope I am not disturbing you, but I meet a difficulty to upgrade mozillavpn from 2.14 to 2.15. Below is the message when it crashes.

github.com/mozilla-mobile/mozilla-vpn-client/src/platforms/linux/netfilter

[ 2%] Built target netfilter_builder

make: *** [Makefile:146: all] Error 2

==> ERREUR : Une erreur s’est produite dans build().

Finished with result: exit-code

Main processes terminated with: code=exited/status=4

La commande '/usr/sbin/systemd-run --service-type=oneshot --pipe --wait --pty -p DynamicUser=yes -p CacheDirectory=pikaur -E HOME=/tmp -E GNUPGHOME=/etc/pacman.d/gnupg/ -p WorkingDirectory=/var/cache/private/pikaur/build/mozillavpn makepkg --force' a échoué.

How could I know if one option in the command causes trouble ?

Best regards
