Build commands have been changed. Also, latest git commit introduces a bug that breaks building. See https://github.com/notepadqq/notepadqq/commit/a7c9bd0126c78cbeefbc7c15902cd4228812aba1#commitcomment-7688669

This is broken and installs to / root at the moment regardless of what is set. I'm sending the changes to fix the issue upstream, but will still need to wait for the pull request to be accepted.
