I fixed dependency, thx for the hint!
But plugin is broken. I guess it is incompatible with newer libpurple/pidgin :(
There is no window / web popup anymore to enter 'ST=... ' key. See ticket https://github.com/EionRobb/purple-battlenet/issues/7
Also there is no active development for at least 2 years. :(
The package dependencies are wrong, it depends on libpurple and not pidgin.
