I have to put the package inside "IgnorePkg = ", because otherwise at every "yay -Syu" it always does the same update. Why?

cython patch is not apply patching file setuplib.py Hunk #1 FAILED at 26. 1 out of 1 hunk FAILED -- saving rejects to file setuplib.py.rej

Building the package without cython will fail. I suppose it should be added as a dependency.
