This LTR release does not build any more (neither 3.16.14 nor .15) due to the lack of support for current tools, especially sip. I have tried to apply some patches, but without success so far. But in about 2 weeks 3.22 should be the next LTR, so I guess we just have to wait.

Error during install

Installing this aborted with the following error:

-- Could not find GRASS 7
CMake Error at cmake/Bison.cmake:25 (MESSAGE):
  Bison not found - aborting
Call Stack (most recent call first):
  CMakeLists.txt:309 (FIND_BISON)

I had to manually install "bison" to install the qgis-ltr package. I guess bison needs to be added as dependency.

fixed – a rebuild is needed due to the upgraded protobuf package
