This is an upstream issue. I'll wait for an upstream fix. If someone will make an AUR package named opencv3-binwhich download opencv3, I will use it as dependency.

You can go the opencv.org, download OpenCV 3 source, compile and install them under /usr/local, and then cv-bridge should be able to compile.

It seems like this will not compile with opencv4 which is the current version in archlinux. Any ideas on what to do?
