Add this line to build() in PKGBUILD to build with opencv3:

sed -i 's/OpenCV REQUIRED/OpenCV 3 REQUIRED/' ${srcdir}/${_dir}/CMakeLists.txt

I think this package depends on gtkglext (needed for libgtkglext-x11-1.0.so.0), which can be found from the official arch extra repo
