If you encountered any problems, set debug log use echo 5 > /proc/net/rtl88x2bu/log_level or modprobe 88x2bu rtw_drv_log_level=5, and post your dmesg and network managers logs to https://pastebin.com/ .

@said What error you got? I can build it in 5.3, but got "RTW: ERROR [HALMAC][ERR]Dump efuse in suspend" when use it.

It doesn't work anymore after kernel 5.2 update

Thanks, it was indeed the USB port (both front ports). The ports on the back are working fine, however, the reception is worse.

RinCat commented on 2019-04-09 18:15 (UTC)

@matthjes Try change USB port? RTW: ###=> usb_read_port_complete => urb.status(-71) usb 2-2: USB disconnect, device number 11

I'm currently having problems using this driver. The adapter gets recognized but is then disconnects after some minutes.

Here is the dmesg output: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1gTVs47cZSeOaOdSywOxr-vBAcOm3WFRN

Thanks RinCat for the quick turnaround. Works perfectly.

Keep up the good work, some may not say it but we all appreciate the effort you put into this.
