Maybe if you start it up, it'll populate it? Otherwise, I'll have a look at how that works in a bit.

The config file at /var/lib/sabnzbd/sabnzbd.ini is empty, is there a default config file somewhere that I can copy over?

I've pushed the Python 3 changes.
The installation moves from /opt
to /usr/lib
and the config to /var/lib
. This is not done as part of the upgrade, so you'll need to do this yourself and possibly move other things around.
It also tosses the desktop and shortcut stuff.

Hey @Khorn, thanks for making me co-maintainer! I'll see if I can get them to reject the orphan request. :)

Hey @Khorne, how would you feel about making me co-maintainer for this package so I can fix it up to be the python3 version of sabnzbd that is in the works?
IncredibleLaser commented on 2017-04-29 09:00 (UTC)
Sorry for the late reply. I no longer use Sabnzbd in favor of nzbget and as such have no interest in this package anymore. As such I release this package for adoption.

Won't update (or (re)install)...
chown: cannot access '/usr/share/sabnzbd': No such file or directory
(An installer issue... I've thus flagged it out-of-date)
O_O

I reworked this PKGBUILD, please comment. I will happily add co-maintainers!
