Just adopted the package. I'll get the evdev dep added right now.

python2-evdev needs to be added as a dependency. It's required for the new Bluetooth support (and better USB support)

scc-daemon requires evdev. Please add 'python2-evdev' to the dependencies.

Correct, update with the common `--devel` switch as well as your normal -u switch. (e.g. pacaur -Syu --devel). If you use another AUR helper just ask someone how to use it first. The "version" is merely updated (compared with the git remote) as you run updates. The user's package version is updated with pkgver(). Otherwise, specifying pacaur -S sc-controller-git also works. You'll notice that during something like pacaur -Syu, a pacakge called <pacakge-name>-latest".

And you should filted/`sed` out the initial 'v' in the Git version/tag string.

You don't need to bump the version every time there's been a commit to the repository. That's what the pkgver() function is for.

Pushed the new pkgbuild with pylibacl dependency.

Adaephon commented on 2016-06-29 06:43 (UTC)

It seems that the latest git versions (including the 0.2.9 release) now depend on `pylibacl`. Without it `sc-controller` fails with "ImportError: No module named 'posix1e'".

Take that up with Kozec on Github.

I am the only one getting a "LIBUSB_ERROR_ACCESS [-3]" error while having the Steam package from the multilib repo installed?
