@ddreamer - Looks like an upstream bug to me. You can email them at support@spideroak.com.

Thanks for the info re. the downgrade, by the way. I'd actually already got those links from the forums when I reported the bug.

You need the / on the end of the law enforcement policy link else you get a 404 error. (Privacy one works fine.)

Updated to 5.1.8. Also added links to SpiderOak's privacy and law enforcement policies to the spideroak.install file. Thanks!

Updated! 5.1.6 is now stable, and syncing should be fixed now.

warnem2 commented on 2014-07-08 23:50 (UTC)

SpiderOak says syncing is fixed in the 5.1.6 beta. I probably won't update this PKGBUILD until it is officially released. Go to https://spideroak.com/getbuild?beta=yes to get the beta.

2014-07-07 21:48 So the most recent version does break device syncing, and downgrading to 5.1.3 DOES fix it. However, since the most current official version of SpiderOak is 5.1.5, I'm not going to downgrade the PKGBUILD. If you want the links to the previous version, try these. The PKGBUILD should work just fine if you replace the source URI and sha1sum appropriately. i686: https://ricketyshack.spideroak.com/getbuild?brand=spideroak&platform=fedora&arch=i386&buildnum=385 x86_64: https://ricketyshack.spideroak.com/getbuild?brand=spideroak&platform=fedora&arch=x86_64&buildnum=428
