Trying to install without python-pip seems to fail, maybe it should be added as a dependency?

@D_Schwartfeger Good catch on mypy. I checked that it built last update but didn't do any scripting. Could you be more specific with what you mean with the SSL mod? I did not have any issue with the latest version.

also I had to modify the startup script for tools > manage packages to work as it looks in the wrong place for ssl certificates.

Seems to need mypy package. Would give an error running any script without. Maybe you should add it to dependencies.
