@xxxtonixxx can you provide the full output from the build? It's difficult to see what's going wrong with just the last few lines. (for the record, I can build it fine in a clean chroot)

I can not install it. It fails on build() while it is compiling :-( strip /tmp/yaourt-tmp-toni/aur-toggldesktop/src/toggldesktop-7.4.14/third_party/poco/lib/Linux/x86_64/libPocoDataSQLite.so.31 make[2]: se sale del directorio '/tmp/yaourt-tmp-toni/aur-toggldesktop/src/toggldesktop-7.4.14/third_party/poco/Data/SQLite' make[1]: se sale del directorio '/tmp/yaourt-tmp-toni/aur-toggldesktop/src/toggldesktop-7.4.14/third_party/poco' ==> ERROR: Se produjo un fallo en build(). Cancelando… ==> ERROR: Makepkg no ha podido compilar toggldesktop.

This package now builds directly from source. See toggldesktop-bin for the original pkgbuild that installed from the .deb file.

Why does this package as well as toggl-bin (aur) both install from the binary - it looks like the only difference between the two packages is that this installs from the deb package while the other from the tar.gz (also binary). Could this package be renamed to toggldesktop-bin to allow toggldesktop to be a package built from source? EDIT: I also have a working pkgbuild ready that builds from source that I can upload as soon as this package is moved/renamed.

@awacha: I'm not getting this error: http://pastebin.com/raw/2pq9RwK6, could you try building the pacakge from a clean snapshot? I also got the package from here: https://github.com/toggl/toggldesktop/releases/download/v7.4.7/toggldesktop_7.4.7_amd64.deb, and that matches as well. @Kolorciuk: I'm looking into packaging toggldesktop from the generic linux package they provide on github, but I'll need some more time :(. It will be a way better way of fetching the correct version of the package: https://github.com/toggl/toggldesktop/releases/download/v7.4.7/toggldesktop_linux_x86_64-7_4_7.tar.gz

The SHA512 sum of toggldesktop.deb is incorrect. Could you please fix it?

'poco' is not needed as a dependency. and 'gstreamer0.10-base-plugins' is needed as a dependency. see https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/toggl-bin/ Great Job!
