Same problem: "This language is not supported by the system".

I just built this. First window pops up with Tqsl Error. This language is not supported by the system. any ideas how remediate?

When there is a new version released by ARRL, they remove the old tarballs and redirect you to a "sorry" image. Updated the package to 2.1.3.
