The Shimmer Project released version 1.0.4 of Greybird. It contains a minor fix for Mutter.

@ronsens and @akspecs What happens if you type this command? Do you get a list of files? ls -l "/usr/share/themes/Greybird Compact/xfwm4/"

@ronsens I'm trying to reproduce the issue, but I am unable to. I even uninstalled and reinstalled 1.0.3 from scratch, yet I never have this problem. Do you by any chance have anything configured under $HOME/.themes/ ?

@flan_suse same issue here with compact classic windows decoration as described by @akspecs. I don't use the compositor and haven't used it before the last update, xfwm4 --replace has no effect. Please let me know if you need further information. Thanks!

@akspecs This sounds like a random glitch you bumped into by random chance. First try this. ALT + F2 and run: xfwm4 --replace I am using the Greybird Compact xfwm4 with no issues, and the same is true if I switch to the regular Greybird xfwm4 theme. Are you using compositing by any chance? If so, does disabling compositing reveal the window decorations again?

I've pinpointed it to greybird compact specifically which is malfunctioning.

After updating this theme it appears to be broken on my xfce desktop. I no longer have a bar above my windows, I cannot drag by clicking where it would normally be since it is not there. Though, it may be intersting to note that my close,minimize,roll-up,option buttons on this bar are still visible. Any idea what might've broken something? Would it be possible for me to revert to the previous PKGBUILD? I don't have it.
