Apparently so. It has been removed from Poldi in 2016 [0].

The poldi-ctrl binary don't seem to be installed. is that intended?

The "scdaemon-program" setting in the installed /etc/poldi/poldi.conf points to /usr/lib/gnupg2/scdaemon, which doesn't exist on arch. It should point to /usr/lib/gnupg/scdaemon instead.

Could you please add 'mkdir -p $pkgdir/usr/bin/' in line 59? Otherwise the make process breaks...
