Hello, thank you for the awesome package!
I think the ms5sum validity test is failing again for the AppImage :)

Hello, thank you for the awesome package!
I think the ms5sum validity test is failing again for the AppImage :)
@Azdrakgnar Unfortunately, I'm not able to help you further with this issue in these comments :/
@Genesis I ran the command $pacman -Syy and still the same problem. I believe it's something here that I don't know about.
@Azdrakgnar I tried reinstalling the package from scratch and it installed without any error. Maybe the problem is on your side ?
Did you update your repositories prior to installing the package (pacman -Syy
) ?
@Genesis keeps saying target not found. maybe have a problem here?
@Azdrakgnar The package was out of date, I just updated it. Can you try again to see if it resolves the issue ?
hello, i'm using the command pacman -Sy ankama-launcher
and it gives an error saying that the target was not found.
how can i solve this?
Hello it fails with error ERROR: One or more files did not pass the validity check!
It seems that hash should be updated again
@gloomy Yes, every time the launcher gets updated I need to update the package, that's why it's happening every once in a while. Thanks for the notice !
There's a problem with the md5sum again.

The launcher files are installed under the group "games". Please add your user to this group with
usermod -a -G games
, otherwise the launcher will not be able to auto-update itself properly. To disable the popup asking for system integration at each startup, execute
touch $HOME/.local/share/appimagekit/no_desktopintegration
.
