Please read the package description. caffeine-systray is intentionally an older version of caffeine, the last one supporting the traditional systray rather than appindicator. If you are looking for a newer version have a look at:

After an upgrade to Python 3.11, you need to rebuild this package (and all Python packages in the AUR).
