Actually it looks like it was an issue with Packer not recognizing that there was a file supplementing the PKGBUILD. It's compiling fine now.

@foolishgrunt: yeah it has nothing to do with build process, and actually it's just a list contains those modules i tagged useless - and reasons. but it's still weird that it does harm... what's the error when with REST? md5sum check error? i've just tried it and it still works nice here...

What's with the "REST"? It's not a valid source. I'm not able to compile unless I remove it.
