What is the difference between "mozc-ut-full" and "mozc-ut-united"?

@Score_Under

it builds on my end with clean chroot, please check your environment first.

I get the following build error:

Starting local Bazel server and connecting to it...
ERROR: -c opt --copt=-fPIC --config oss_linux :: Invalid options syntax: -c opt --copt=-fPIC --config oss_linux

I'm not familiar with Bazel, does anyone know what this is?

ed: looked at the pkgbuild, is it the fact that it's quoted in bazel's invocation?

Please bump _utdicdate to 20220723 otherwise the installation throws out an error.

Thank you very much.
