I adopted this package to keep it from falling off, but I haven't had the chance to update it yet.

I think only patches 40 and 60 still work. I'm not sure the other even need to be updated. I've been building with just 40 and 60.

That's the issue the svt av1 patch shouldn't have been modified. The last change to that file was in april.

I don't understand, the patch's content of 010-ffmpeg-fix-vmaf-model-path.patch and 050-ffmpeg-fix-svt-av1.patch were modified

the hashsum are calculated using the content of the downloaded files

Only the filename was changed the actual url shouldn't have been changed.

What do you mean? You changed the patch's contents in the last commit right? So the hash has changed

I don't believe the patch was supposed to change so i'm a bit hesitant to change the checksum.

The checksum i'm getting matches yours however so I guess it should be fine.

careful with updating kvazaar, you will have to recompile ffmpeg
