@serraemeira, not until the new [testing]'s pciutils hits [core]. Until then you can just remove the indication to 'libpci' in the dependencies line.
Btw. did anybody notice that the bug report t3ddy made about this was closed for the wrong reason?: https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/23437:

Reason for closing: Not a bug
Additional comments about closing: the libpci package should conflicts with pciutils
Because they conflicting with each other is not the issue. The issue is that pciutils doesn't provide libpci that it conflicts with (actually it doesn't even conflict with libpci - libpci conflicts with pciutils).

last version is 8.0.552.224

This package is auto-updating so in cases like these it's enough if you just redownload the whole package. You can additionally change the pkgver to "8.0.552.224" (the current one) if you wish, but that's not gonna change how the package functions. It's just a note for pacman.

When reporting this package as outdated make sure there is indeed a new version for Linux Desktop. You can have a look at the "Stable updates" tag in Release blog for this.
You can also run this command to obtain the version string for the latest chrome version:
Do not report updates for ChromeOS, Android or other platforms stable versions as updates here.
